Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire RTT, GBT & HPSC sites as per RF requirements
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility checks & technical evaluations
  • Coordinate with landlords, property owners & aggregators
  • Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms
  • Manage lease agreements, documentation & registrations
  • Ensure compliance with municipal authorities, DOT norms & local regulations
  • Handle ROW permissions and statutory approvals
  • Coordinate with RF, Legal & Deployment teams for smooth execution
  • Ensure timely site readiness and handover

What We're Looking For
  • 3–6 years of experience in Telecom Site Acquisition (RTT/GBT/HPSC)
  • Strong understanding of site feasibility and RF requirements
  • Experience in lease negotiations and closure
  • Knowledge of local approvals, municipal processes & compliance
  • Strong negotiation, coordination & problem-solving skills
