Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, rehiring, background verification, leave management, and exit processes.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and monitor HR operations to meet defined SLAs.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
  • Program manage key HR projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.
  • Oversee HR data management, handling data requests from internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and auditors.
  • Manage internal and statutory audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely completion.
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports to assess process efficiency and support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and other business teams on continuous improvement and compliance projects.
