Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for hiring top talent across Tech and non-technical functions.
You'll drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a world-class non-tech team. If you are passionate about recruitment, have a keen eye for identifying top performers, and thrive in a high-growth environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for non-tech roles across departments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop role-specific hiring strategies.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates effectively based on skillset, attitude, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain candidate data and workflows using ATS tools, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
- Track key recruitment metrics like TAT (Turnaround Time), offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition focused on non-tech hiring, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

- Experience hiring for sales-led B2B SaaS or marketing-centric organizations.
- Familiarity with modern employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
- Exposure to building scalable hiring processes and frameworks from scratch.
