Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple service lines within a leading consulting organization. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, driving talent strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to define hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage selection processes.
- Offer Management: Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, provide insights, and recommend process improvements.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the company's talent brand in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within consulting or professional services.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and diversity hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
