Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to handle recruitment for US healthcare staffing clients. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals while meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied staff)
• Use job portals, ATS, VMS/MSP platforms for candidate sourcing
• Screen candidates through calls and interviews
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure quick turnaround time
• Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2–5+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Familiarity with ATS/VMS tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates should have client-facing experience
• Experience in US healthcare staffing is preferred
• Strong communication skills are a must
