Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage control tower team members.

• Monitor E2E reverse logistics flow and provide real-time visibility and status updates to stakeholders.
• Act as a central coordination point between Internal & External stakeholders.
• Manage client communications and reporting.

• Track and report KPI
• Ensure compliance with SOP & SLA

• Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for reverse logistics performance.
• Analyse trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of reverse logistics and supply chain operations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS & TMS systems
• Excellent people management skills.
