DAILY OPERATIONS:
- Handle full spectrum of daily Human Resource administration.
- To administer leave and medical leave records and claims for outlet employees. Analyze and review the pattern of employee medical leave.
- Handle staff reimbursement claims for all levels.
- General HR and Administration duties as well as office support.
- To sit in and participate in the Sports and Recreations activities such as Annual Dinner and Dance, CNY Brunch and etc.
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION:
- Administer full spectrum of payroll administration.
- Handle queries in regards to payroll and Human Resource matters.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports.
- Responsible for income tax submission and IR8A preparation, for outlet employees.
- Process reservists make up pay claims, work permit, S pass and employment pass.
- Point of contact in relevant to local employment act, immigration act and HR related government act.
- Prepare year-end staff performance appraisal and tabulate data for Human Resource Manager to review.
- Assist Human Resource Manager in compilation of annual increment and bonus payout.
- Assist Human Resource Manager in preparation of yearly salary budget forecast for outlet employees.
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Liaise and deal with insurance for yearly renewal, as well as administer Work Injury Compensation matters and claims and handle all insurance submission and follow-up on claims.
- Ensure all relevant documents are properly maintained and up-to-date.
- Review and analyze staff welfare and benefits compensation on periodic basis, for Human Resource Manager to review.

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration/Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
