This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Purchase, located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, sourcing suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality materials. The Senior Executive Purchase will also oversee inventory levels, prepare cost analyses, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement strategies.

• Strong procurement and vendor management skills, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management
• Knowledge of inventory control, cost analysis, and maintaining optimal stock levels
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in using procurement and ERP tools, with knowledge of MS Office applications
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to improve purchasing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Prior experience in elevator manufacturing or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
