Location: Corporate Office – Gurgaon

Job Title: Executive-HR /Sr. Executive-HR/Assistant Manager-HR

Salary: 3,50,000 – 5,00,000 LPA

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented candidate to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The role involves employee engagement, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • joining formalities, and on boarding programs.
  • Maintain employee files, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure HR processes run smoothly day to day.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive work environment and culture.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
  • Track employee development initiatives.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support initiatives related to wellness, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Help to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Address employee queries and support employee relations.
  • Organize training & development programs.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Must have Complete Knowledge of keka Software.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have strong knowledge of Keka Software (Preferred).
  • Exposure in Corporate event management.
  • Exposure in Social media management.
  • Exposure to maintain MIS HR activities.
  • Should have good experience of performance review system as Per KPI Parameter and as per guideline of the management.
  • Able to execute the work faster as per given parameter.
  • Should have Knowledge of HR Policies formulation according current industry practices.
  • Well aware about labour Laws.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist.
