- Source and develop fabrics based on requirements
- Coordinate with mills and suppliers for sampling, pricing, and bulk production
- Ensure fabric quality meets required standards and specifications
- Manage fabric orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability for production
- Negotiate pricing and maintain cost efficiency
- Work closely with merchandising, design, and production teams
- Monitor fabric testing, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Maintain records of fabric inventory, consumption, and supplier details
- Resolve fabric-related issues such as delays, quality problems, or shortages
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology / related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in fabric sourcing or textile industry
