Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee blue-collar manpower operations across multiple locations, focusing on large-scale workforce management.
  2. Manage attendance, attrition, and absenteeism issues, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  3. Lead employee engagement initiatives and address grievances promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Oversee the complete life cycle of manpower, including recruitment, deployment, and exit processes.
  5. Handle payroll queries, manage incentive calculations, and ensure timely payouts.
  6. Maintain and manage manpower data, providing regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Efficient management of large-scale blue-collar manpower operations.
  2. Reduction in attrition and absenteeism through effective policy enforcement and employee engagement.
  3. Accurate and timely payroll management, with clear communication on incentives and payouts.
  4. Regular reporting of manpower data and key metrics to stakeholders.
