Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks for sourcing.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting of candidates.
- Initiate background verification, prepare and release LOI and offer letters.
- Facilitate timely joining and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Hands-on experience with posting job openings on social media platforms and various job boards to attract quality talent.
Campus Hiring
- Execute campus recruitment drives in respective regions.
- Represent Pinnacle Infotech in recruitment drives such as job fairs and walk-in drives.
Recruitment Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Manage candidate pipeline, interview logistics, and hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and smooth candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics and share recruitment MIS with leadership.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners for hiring needs.
- Hands-on experience in global/international recruitment, including sourcing and managing candidates across different geographies.
Qualification / Experience Requirements
- MBA / PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
- B.Tech graduate preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT/Engineering).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office.
