We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talend Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and data integration solutions. The role requires expertise in Talend, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms, along with the ability to lead technical design, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality data solutions aligned with business goals.
Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore (Work from Office 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend for data integration, transformation, and loading.
- Build and optimize Snowflake (or other cloud DWH) data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Implement CDC, incremental loads, and performance tuning strategies for large-scale datasets.
- Integrate data from heterogeneous sources (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud systems) into centralized platforms.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across pipelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support migrations from legacy ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS) to Talend.
- Drive CI/CD practices for ETL deployments, including Git integration and automated testing.
- Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices and standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in ETL/Data Engineering, with at least 4 years in Talend (Open Studio/Enterprise/Data Fabric).
- Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one cloud platform).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design.
- Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting for automation and data handling.
- Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, and streaming data sources.
- Knowledge of version control (Git/SVN) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with data governance, data cataloging, and metadata-driven ETL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
