Job Title: Senior Talend Developer

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Talend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Talend ETL tools, data integration, and transformation, and will support the design, development, and maintenance of data workflows and pipelines for enterprise-level projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Talend ETL tools.
- Build and maintain ETL workflows, mappings, and data transformations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
- Provide guidance to junior team members when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Talend ETL tools.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and migration processes.
- Experience with Talend Open Studio / Talend Data Integration / Talend Cloud.
- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Talend certification is a plus.
- Experience in cloud-based data integration projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
