They are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer (CSSA) to work on large-scale, enterprise Pega implementations across industries such as financial services, healthcare, and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable applications on the Pega platform
- Translate business requirements into efficient case management and workflow solutions
- Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain integrations between Pega and external systems using APIs
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and performance tuning
- Contribute to reusable frameworks and best practices across projects
- Support testing, deployment, and continuous enhancements in Agile environments
- Stay up to date with evolving Pega technologies and apply them in delivery
What We're Looking For
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) (essential)
- Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on Pega development experience
- Proven track record in delivering full lifecycle Pega implementations
- Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, workflows, and rule-based design
- Experience in integrating Pega with enterprise applications and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud)
- Ability to guide junior team members and contribute to technical leadership
- Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
- Industry experience in FSI, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is advantageous
