What you will be doing
- Design and build enterprise-grade applications on the Pega Platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices
- Translate complex business processes into efficient case management and workflow solutions
- Collaborate closely with Business Architects, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions for clients
- Develop integrations between Pega and external systems using modern API and integration frameworks
- Contribute to application design discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization
- Build reusable components and frameworks to improve delivery consistency
- Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of Pega solutions in Agile environments
- Stay updated with the latest Pega capabilities and bring innovation into project delivery
What we are looking for
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) mandatory
- 8+ years Pega Development experience
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Pega application development and new platform implementations
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, decisioning, and rule-based development
- Experience integrating Pega with enterprise systems and APIs
- Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud)
- Ability to mentor junior developers and participate in technical design and code reviews
- Confident communication skills, especially in client-facing project environments
- Domain experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is a plus
