Senior Pega CSSA Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Pega CSSA Developer to drive end-to-end application configuration and development. You will participate in design discussions, contribute to integration strategies, and ensure all work aligns with Pega best practices. This role requires an active CSSA certification and proven expertise in the Pega platform, with a passion for mentoring junior team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end application configuration and development tasks as directed by the Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Participate in design discussions, contribute to integration strategies, and support estimation activities.
• Ensure alignment with Pega best practices, including guardrails and coding standards.
• Mentor and support junior developers, offering technical guidance and conducting peer reviews.
• Work closely with business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills Required:

• Active CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect) is a must.
• Proven expertise in the Pega platform (PRPC), including Workflows, UI, Activities, Utility and Decision rules.
• Strong understanding of Pega implementation methodology and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
• Experience with debugging tools such as Clipboard, Tracer, and Data Transforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills are a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
