We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Senior Design Architect will lead design projects, develop architectural plans, create construction drawings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure design excellence. This role involves managing design workflows, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining alignment with the company's innovative and client-focused philosophy.

• Expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative design solutions.
• Proficiency in Design Management, including overseeing project phases, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Experience in creating and managing detailed Construction Drawings to ensure project accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with local and international design trends, as well as a commitment to staying at the forefront of architectural innovations.
• A degree in Architecture (B.Arch or higher) with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of advanced design and visualization tools; experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
