About the Role
We are looking for a Jira/Atlassian Consultant (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on enterprise collaboration systems, workflow optimization, and project management solutions.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to Jira, Confluence, Atlassian ecosystem tools, workflow automation, reporting, and Agile project management, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world operational and collaboration challenges.
You will collaborate with global AI and operations teams to assess the accuracy, usability, and strategic effectiveness of AI-generated solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for enterprise productivity, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including workflow design, system configurations, automation strategies, and reporting solutions
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem tools
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
- Diagnose and solve real-world workflow, collaboration, and project management challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
- Assess AI outputs for operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business requirements
- Identify gaps, incorrect configurations, or ineffective workflow recommendations in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on enterprise collaboration and workflow systems
Requirements
- Background in Information Systems, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, workflow automation, and enterprise collaboration systems
- Experience configuring workflows, dashboards, permissions, and integrations within Jira/Atlassian environments
- Ability to critically evaluate operational workflows, automation logic, and system configurations
- Experience troubleshooting workflow or system-related issues is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
