Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at our Navi Mumbai office. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects, integrating planned designs into coherent structures, and managing project timelines and deliverables. Tasks will include conceptualizing architectural plans, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring design feasibility, and adhering to client specifications to create functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on diverse projects spanning residential, commercial, retail, and healthcare domains.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of design principles and creative solutions.
  • Experience in Software Development and Integration, with proficiency in design and architecture tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
  • Strong proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and successful completion of design projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Ability to integrate sustainable practices in designs and understanding of healthcare-focused architectural solutions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare design is highly valued.
