Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Battery Smart, you will play a critical role in driving strategic, data backed decision-making across our rapidly scaling EV ecosystem. You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives, from data extraction and modeling to delivering actionable insights that influence business outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with Strategy, Operations, and Product teams to uncover growth opportunities, optimize network performance, and enhance driver experience. You will also leverage advanced analytics techniques, including exposure to machine learning models, to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large-scale operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Design and develop advanced dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making.

Lead cross-functional collaborations to improve processes, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Define, track, and refine key business KPIs and performance metrics.

Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to drive growth and operational excellence.

Work with IoT and geospatial data to optimize station performance and network efficiency.

Apply statistical techniques and leverage machine learning concepts/models to solve business problems.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building best practices in data analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

4+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory), advanced expertise in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI

Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and models (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, data-driven approach.

Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
