Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an international Banking Voice Process (UK Shift). The role involves handling customer queries related to banking services and providing timely, accurate resolutions while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for banking customers
- Resolve queries related to accounts, transactions, cards, and online banking
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations and complex queries professionally
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Meet performance metrics like quality, productivity, and CSAT
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
- Experience: Minimum 1–5 years in Banking /Voice Process
- Shift: UK Shift (Rotational)
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in international voice process preferred
- Good understanding of banking processes
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
