We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a domestic voice process. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Resolve queries and provide accurate solutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Follow company processes and guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduates
• Experience: Freshers or minimum 1 year in customer support
• Languages: English & Hindi communication required

Shift Details:

• Rotational Day Shifts (8 AM – 8 PM)
• Working hours: 8–9 hours

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 Take Home
• Quarterly Bonus (₹4215)
