About The Role:
We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Content Writer to own and scale our CRM communications. This role sits at the intersection of content, marketing, and analytics - focused on driving engagement, CTR, and conversions through high-impact messaging across CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take complete ownership of CRM communications across channels including Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates during campaigns and sale events through data-driven content.
• Scale CRM Effectiveness - Continuously optimize messaging to enhance CRM performance and user engagement.
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns using platforms like WebEngage (or similar tools such as CleverTap).
• Monitor and analyse weekly CTR and campaign performance; iterate based on insights.
• Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and voice while delivering strong performance outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
• 5–6 years in content writing, preferably within B2C startups.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as WebEngage, CleverTap, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in writing high-performing CRM campaigns.
• Excellent command of language with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging communication.
• Proven track record of driving engagement, CTR, and conversions through content.
• Strong narrative-building ability with sharp attention to brand tone and detail.
