Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced manager having sound knowledge and understanding in customer account management, tracking and reporting of payments and dispatches of
home automation products and lights. Capable of handling multiple projects and teams to ensure the site progress. This role requires customer relationship management, team management and indecently handles all site related challenges and offering the best solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the material requirements and give projections to ensure projects are completed on time, and to the client's satisfaction.
● Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and other support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
● Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any concerns or questions and providing regular updates on payments and material dispatches.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of payments, material dispatches, including project plans, client communications, and post-installation reports.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve installation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall client satisfaction.

● At least 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as Asst. Manager / Manager in the field of customer service as account management
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as sales, and stores, to communicate feedback and ensure a seamless customer journey.
● Handling a team of 8+ members
● Dealing with various internal and external stake holders
● Interpersonal effectiveness, takes ownership, relationship skills, team management
