We are looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development professional who understands both the BioPharma ecosystem and AI-led digital transformation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and strategic partnerships across BioPharma, Life Sciences, CROs, CDMOs, and healthcare enterprises.
- Identify and build relationships with CXOs, R&D heads, clinical leaders, digital transformation teams, and innovation stakeholders.
- Create and execute GTM strategies for AI-based solutions in:
- Drug discovery
- Clinical trial optimization
- Regulatory automation
- Pharmacovigilance
- Medical data intelligence
- Commercial analytics
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop strong pipelines through enterprise sales, strategic networking, industry conferences, and channel partnerships.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and solution teams to build customized proposals, POCs, and solution decks.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and new AI opportunities in BioPharma.
- Meet and exceed revenue, client acquisition, and strategic growth targets.
- Support expansion into domestic and global BioPharma markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of proven experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales / Strategic Alliances.
- Strong background in BioPharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare AI, SaaS, or deep-tech consulting sales.
- Excellent understanding of:
- Pharma R&D workflows
- Clinical operations
- Regulatory processes
- AI/ML use cases in Life Sciences
- Strong network within pharma companies, biotech firms, CROs, and healthcare ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience in high-value B2B solution selling.
- Ability to communicate complex AI products into clear business value.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA / PGDM preferred; Life Sciences or Pharma background is a strong plus.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience selling AI, analytics, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions to pharma clients.
- Existing network with BioPharma decision-makers.
- Exposure to global markets such as US, EU, or APAC pharma clients.
- Strong consultative selling mindset.
