Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance validation methodologies and governance frameworks aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
Validate foundation models, Generative AI solutions, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering approaches.
Implement ongoing monitoring for deployed AI systems and track performance deviations.
Assess risks associated with hallucinations, bias, toxicity, adversarial threats, model drift, and ethical or compliance concerns.
Investigate model performance issues and recommend remediation actions.
Prepare executive-level reports and risk summaries for senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate risk controls into MLops/LLMops environments.
