Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth targets. This role involves prospecting, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, overseeing sales processes, and collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy formulation
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in technology solutions, ERP integrations, or the retail or wellness industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills to drive results
