Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and online research.
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data and progress.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Conduct product demos, client meetings (virtual & on-site), and presentations.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Close deals and ensure timely onboarding of clients.
- Field Sales Activities
- Perform regular client visits for demonstrations, requirement discussions, and relationship building.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
- Inside Sales Activities
- Connect with prospects via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Schedule demos and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain follow-up communication and ensure strong lead nurturing.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations proactively.
- Take regular feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, finance, support) for smooth project execution.
- Share competitor insights and market trends with management.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all documents (proposals, agreements, reports) are prepared accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data at all times.
