Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager, located in Mumbai. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, creating and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves providing market feedback to improve product offerings and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing business development strategies
• Strong client relations and networking skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry or financial services is preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
