Reports To: Country Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with strong experience in enterprise sales and CXO-level engagement. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT services, cybersecurity, or professional services, and will be comfortable representing the organization in high-level client interactions and industry forums.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys traveling, thrives in client-facing environments, and is passionate about cybersecurity and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, senior decision-makers, and enterprise clients.
  • Effectively present company offerings through client meetings, solution demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with presales and technical teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines and customer data in CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 612 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, cybersecurity, or professional services.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the cybersecurity domain (mandatory).
  • Proven experience engaging with CXOs and senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident, professional, and consultative sales approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (additional training will be provided).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
