This role blends financial acumen, market intelligence, and high-impact communication, offering a front-row seat to the evolution of India's equity and investment landscape.
What you'll do
- Build and sustain relationships with CXOs, promoters, private equity funds, investment bankers, law firms, and advisors.
- Scan capital-market developmentsIPOs, M&A, and PE exitsto identify emerging opportunities across companies.
- Engage with listed entities seeking to strengthen their equity narrative, deepen investor relations, and reinforce market confidence.
- Drive structured outreach and relationship programs across the capital-markets ecosystem to unlock new business opportunities.
- Develop persuasive presentations and proposalsproficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
- Collaborate with functional teams, including the Digital Reputation & Risk Practice, ESG Practice, and others, to deliver integrated, high-impact client solutions.
What you'll bring
- 810 years experience in investment banking origination, credit rating sales, consulting, or investor relations sales.
- Deep understanding of capital market transactions and the broader deal ecosystem.
- Understanding of reputation risk and ESG will be an added advantage.
- High gravitas, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead senior-level discussions.
- A go-getter with sharp market awareness, high energy, and the instinct to convert relationships into opportunities.
- Analytical and creative thinker with strong presentation and financial-storytelling skills.
