About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive B2B sales through strategic prospecting and relationship building. Our ideal growth person has in-depth knowledge of and experience with partnerships, excelling at lead generation, lead nurturing, relationship building, and closing deals. We are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and prospect new clients through market research, networking, and leveraging the existing client database.
- Conduct B2B meetings to present company services, address client needs, and acquire new business.
- Discover and implement innovative ways to generat hot and relevant leads.
- Generate qualified leads and ensure their smooth progression through the sales funnel.
- Actively participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and enhance visibility.
2. Partnership Development:
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to complement business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Provide creative and strategic solutions to expand partnerships and business opportunities.
3. Sales Planning & Strategy:
- Create and execute a structured sales plan to achieve business goals across target industries.
- Regularly update the sales pipeline, track progress, and report results to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and solutions to meet client requirements.
5. Market Insights & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, lead status, and market insights to inform decision-making.
What We Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or related fields is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
