Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives, develop long-term client relationships, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development, strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Strategy
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, business verticals, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Set sales targets, develop action plans, and monitor performance metrics.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Generate leads through networking, market mapping, digital channels, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
3. Sales & Revenue Management
  • Drive sales targets and ensure continuous revenue growth.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Follow up on leads, manage sales pipelines, and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions/services.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead, mentor, and support the Business Development/Sales team.
  • Assign targets, review performance, and provide necessary coaching.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams for smooth project execution.
5. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and business activities.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, revenue forecast, and pipeline status.
  • Present business insights and updates to senior management.
6. Networking & Market Presence
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking platforms.
  • Strengthen the company's brand presence and visibility in key markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing large clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and drive business growth.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
