We're looking for a seasoned business development professional — someone who's been in the agency trenches, understands the pitch game, and is ready to open new doors at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own the new business pipeline end-to-end — from prospecting and outreach to proposal, pitch, and close.
  • Identify high-value opportunities across verticals and develop targeted go-to-market strategies for each.
  • Lead all pitch and RFP responses in close collaboration with creative, strategy, and delivery teams.
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships — spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities proactively.
  • Represent Anagram Media Labs at industry events, forums, and brand marketing summits.
  • Build and maintain a detailed revenue forecast, keeping CRM data clean and pipeline velocity high.
  • Work with leadership to define pricing strategies, commercial structures, and partnership models.
  • Bring competitive intelligence and market insights to sharpen the agency's positioning and value proposition.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of business development experience, with a strong and demonstrable track record from a creative, digital, or integrated agency. (Agency background is mandatory.)
  • Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets in an agency sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of agency service offerings — media planning, digital marketing, content, branding, or performance.
  • Confident communicator and presenter — comfortable pitching to CMOs, Marketing Directors, and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling instincts with the ability to tailor solutions to client business challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • High ownership mindset — you treat every deal as if it were your own business on the line.

Good to Have

  • Existing network of senior brand and marketing contacts across FMCG, BFSI, D2C, or tech.
  • Experience selling integrated or multi-channel media campaigns in an agency context.
  • Familiarity with the Delhi-NCR brand and agency ecosystem.
  • MBA or equivalent in marketing, business, or communications — preferred, not a dealbreaker.
