We're seeking a seasoned Senior BDM for B2B Partnerships to drive high-ticket client acquisition from brands and agencies, lead generation, and onboarding in the digital/influencer marketing space. This senior role demands a strategic hustler with proven expertise in pitching to brands (e.g., D2C, fintech) and agencies, closing deals, and scaling partnerships. Ideal for professionals ready to shape our growth trajectory.
• Lead Generation Mastery: Spearhead end-to-end lead generation by identifying high-potential B2B prospects—brands (e.g., D2C, fintech, lifestyle) and digital/influencer agencies—via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, events, and data-driven tools. Qualify leads and build a high-conversion pipeline.
• Strategic Outreach & Targeting: Target decision-makers (founders, CMOs, marketing heads) in brands and agencies using advanced filters and multi-channel strategies to initiate meaningful conversations.
• High-Impact Pitching & Deal Closure: Craft customised pitches and proposals aligned with client goals (brands and agencies), emphasising ROI-driven influencer strategies. Handle objections confidently and collaborate with creative teams for tailored deliverables.
• Brand & Agency Onboarding: Seamlessly onboard new brands and agencies, ensuring smooth transitions to execution. Foster long-term, trust-based relationships through proactive communication and consistent value delivery.
• Target Achievement & Performance Tracking: Meet aggressive monthly/quarterly targets for outreach, meetings booked, proposals, and closed deals. Maintain meticulous CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable—a plus) and leverage analytics for optimisation.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor junior sales/BD team members, drive team performance, and implement best practices for scalable growth.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in digital/influencer marketing to position Social Bird as a premium partner for brands and agencies.

• 5–7 years in B2B sales/business development, with hands-on experience in digital marketing or influencer agencies (client-facing roles with brands/agencies preferred).
• Expert in lead generation: Proficient with LinkedIn (DMs, InMail, Sales Navigator), email outreach, and pipeline building for brands and agencies.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills; confident in high-stakes pitching, negotiation, and team motivation.
• Tech-savvy: Strong with Google Workspace; good-to-have experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable) and AI automation for sales workflows.
• Proven track record of onboarding brands/agencies, hitting revenue targets, and leading teams in competitive markets.
• Strategic thinker: Friendly, resilient, and relationship-focused, with a hunter's mindset for B2B growth.
