Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for both domestic and international markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to formulate effective sales approaches.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align sales goals with the company's strategic vision.
Domestic & International Sales Management:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team across different regions.
- Establish robust sales processes, metrics, and reporting systems for transparent performance tracking.
- Drive strategic account management and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across domestic and international clients.
Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Identify and penetrate new markets, including large-scale events, entertainment companies, government projects, and corporate collaborations.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market reach and brand positioning.
- Lead negotiations, close high-value contracts, and ensure successful project deliveries.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, government bodies, corporate clients, and international partners.
- Represent BotLab's at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in international sales, business development, and market expansion.
- Demonstrated success in selling large-scale events, entertainment solutions, or technology-driven services.
- Experience working with government contracts and private sector clients across domestic and international markets.
- Comfortable with frequent national and international travel
