Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The role also involves fostering relationships with key stakeholders, creating business strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates will collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and establish long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities for company growth
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management to build and maintain successful client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the HR solutions or staffing industry, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
