Senior Sales & Operation Executive (Call Center Monitoring & Training)- Business Development
Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in Telesales & 1 years of experience in Team Handling
Role : Work from Call Centre (Call Centre locations to travel): - Wilson Garden Bangalore - Banshankri Bangalore - Mathikere Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
- Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
- Doing Daily call audits for team, Call Center and agents and making necessary reports on it.
- Manage team and Call Centre performance, related to the assigned process.
- To ensure all members of the team Call Centre are fully informed of targets and current sales positions
- To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.
- To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.
- Good in Analytics and strategies.
- To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.
- Implementing sales strategies
- Monitoring & Evaluating the performance of the sales agencies
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets Compiling and presenting sales
Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Should be Experience in telesales
- Strong leadership and sales skills
- Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is must
- Ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to write and present reports
- Strong organizational skills
