Job Description

Senior Business Development Executive

Blueplanit is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to help drive our next phase of growth in the US market.

If you're confident on the phone, think fast on your feet, and turn objections into opportunities — we'd like to talk.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to prospects across the US and run engaging, consultative conversations
  • Handle objections with confidence and keep the dialogue moving forward
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and move them from first touch to hand-off
  • Work closely with leadership to sharpen messaging and targeting

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in B2B business development or sales, ideally US-focused
  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong, persuasive communication skills
  • Proven calling experience and sharp objection-handling ability
  • Comfortable cold calling and building rapport quickly
  • Hands-on experience with CRM-driven prospecting
  • Comfortable working US-aligned hours
