Experience: 6+ years of experience is required 

Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Specialist/Team Lead – Career Services to lead placement outcomes for trainees across AI, Full Stack Development, Java, Cloud, other technology and Management domains. This role focuses on driving structured placement programs and delivering strong career outcomes for fresh graduates and early-career professionals within the Indian edtech and technology ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities 

Plan and execute on-campus, virtual, and hybrid placement drives in collaboration with training and academic teams. 

Own the end-to-end placement lifecycle including candidate screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, assessments, offer rollouts, and joining closure. 

Track, analyze, and report placement metrics such as offers, joins, compensation benchmarks, and employer engagement performance. 

Stay abreast of hiring trends, in-demand skills, salary benchmarks, and market movements through industry networking and recruitment platforms. 

Mentor and guide trainees on job applications, interview preparation, offer management, and onboarding readiness. 

Collaborate with internal leadership, delivery, and academic teams to continuously enhance employability frameworks and placement success. 

Create Training programs for learners based on the requirement

Review and Train learners with Resume Preparation, LinkedIn and Behavioral rounds

Create Content and Deliver Soft skills Sessions

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 

Graduate with 6+ years of experience in career services, placements, corporate relations, enterprise hiring, or talent acquisition. 

Prior EdTech Experience Is required. 

Prior experience in edtech, skilling, staffing, recruitment, or technology hiring ecosystems is strongly preferred. 

Proven ability to manage enterprise or large-scale placement programs and close structured hiring partnerships. 

Strong enterprise sales and relationship management skills with HR leaders and hiring managers. 

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals, CRM or ATS tools, and Google Workspace for outreach, tracking, and reporting. 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities. 

Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple placement targets.
