The Role:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-driven Senior Business Analyst to anchor the requirements, configuration logic, and delivery rigor behind our Health Plan Benefit Management System — a critical platform that powers how health plans define, configure, and deliver benefit information across products and channels.
You will live in the details — benefit rules, data models, schema changes, interface contracts, mapping documents — while keeping a clear line of sight to what each change means for our clients, our delivery timelines, and our product roadmap. You will be the bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, and our business clients, turning ambiguity into precise, buildable, testable requirements that the team can execute against with confidence.
