Senior Business Analyst

About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst Salesforce Data Cloud with 8+ years of overall experience and at least 5 years in a Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360 / Customer 360) delivery engagement and will play a critical role in enabling unified customer profiles, advanced segmentation, and activation across channels. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Architects, Data Engineers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven Salesforce solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead requirement discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and current-state assessments to identify pain points, KPIs, and target outcomes
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications with full traceability
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects to define Data Cloud use cases including identity resolution, profile unification, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation
• Work with data stakeholders to define source systems, data mappings, data quality rules, consent/PII handling, and governance requirements
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across architecture, data, and delivery workstreams
• Support Agile delivery activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, story clarifications, and release readiness
• Lead and support UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and sign-off activities
• Create business process flows, functional documentation, and user guides; support change management and user adoption
• Track risks, dependencies, and scope, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and delivery timelines

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• At least one end-to-end delivery engagement involving Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360 / Customer 360)
• Strong understanding of CRM processes such as lead-to-cash, case management, and customer engagement journeys
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Solid expertise in BA artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical leaders
• Working knowledge of data concepts such as entities, keys, identity matching, deduplication, consent, and privacy
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalization, MuleSoft, or enterprise integration patterns is a plus
