Senior Business Analyst Profiles Strategic Project Support

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with developers, technical leads, and stakeholders to conduct discovery and refinement sessions
• Elicit, document, and maintain business goals, objectives, success metrics, constraints, assumptions, and acceptance criteria using the Gherkin model (Given/When/Then)
• Maintain strong documentation discipline in Azure DevOps to support sprint planning, traceability, and backlog management
• Create clear, testable user stories that focus on user and business outcomes rather than technical solutions
• Drive alignment and shared understanding across business and technical teams
• Support backlog grooming, sprint readiness, and issue triage throughout the delivery cycle
• Present findings, updates, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Navigate ambiguity and provide thought leadership in clarifying requirements in high-stakes environments
