What You'll Do
As a Senior SDE, you will:
Lead and deliver across 34 high-impact product tracks.
Own the architecture and execution of a core trackhands-on.
Mentor bright engineers from top schools and top firms.
Guide system design, best practices, and execution strategy.
Communicate directly with clients (who are Founders and Executives)
Ship real AI products, across industries, that create 10x value.
And you'll do all this while learning how to run and scale cutting-edge AI systems, working shoulder-to-shoulder with one of the most capable engineering teams in India.

Technical Skills Required
Technical Skills RequiredThe ideal candidate must be proficient in Python with hands-on experience in Django and have a strong grasp of system design principles, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs. Expertise in PostgreSQL is essential, along with practical knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Experience with Flask or FastAPI is desirable, while familiarity with LLMs and LangChain for orchestrating AI agents is a plus. Additionally, exposure to frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React would be an added advantage.
Qualifications
B.Tech. with up 3 to 4 years of work experience, or M.Tech. with 2 to 4 years of work experience
Good to have for both roles: Graduation from Tier 1 institutes (IITs, IIITs, BITS, NITs)
B.Tech in Computer Science will be strongly preferred
Good To Have
Previous work experience with a start-up or similar setting is preferred
Having an interest in system architecture design
