GetCrux works with Fortune 1000 enterprises and fast-growing YC companies to automate creative strategy, generate winning ads, and run full-stack AI creative workflows. We're a small, fast-moving team looking for a frontend engineer who can own major product surfaces end-to-end.
Role
Senior Backend Engineer / Tech LeadExperience: 5+ years (3+ years in Django/FastAPI/Celery)
Must-Have
- Strong experience with Django, FastAPI, Celery
- Ability to design & scale high-performance backend systems
- Experience building data pipelines, async jobs, and distributed systems
- Solid AWS skills (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with LLM/agentic systems and workflow orchestration
- Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to video/image generation or multimodal workflows
- Familiarity with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads APIs
- Experience with ClickHouse/Postgres or large-scale analytics systems
- Previous startup/01 product ownership
Compensation
Base: 60–80L
Equity: 0.5%–1%
