Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Bing Ads
  • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and CPL benchmarks
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across channels
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels to improve performance metrics
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Microsoft Clarity, GA4, Meta Business Manager, etc.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product, and tech teams for campaign execution
  • Implement tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution models
  • Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPL)
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools preferred
  • Hands-on experience with attribution tools and tracking setup
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, forecasting, modeling)
  • Experience managing monthly budgets (mention range if applicable)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, Saas, Fintech
  • Experience scaling campaigns beyond 80+ lakhs per month
  • Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth
