Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to support vendor coordination, ensure timely delivery of cakes and flowers for special occasions, and assist with the redemption program for JK Tyre Dealers and Fleet customers. The role involves maintaining delivery reports, planning schedules, managing operational data, and providing day-to-day support to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of cakes and flowers for the Dealers and the Fleet Customers.
- Timely Delivery: Coordinate deliveries for special occasions like birthdays and weddings, ensuring punctuality on a proper Address.
- Reporting: Maintain daily reports on delivery status and challenges faced.
- Planning: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan delivery schedules effectively.
- Redemption Program: Support the redemption program for JK Tyre Dealers & Fleet customers by processing orders and maintaining records.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain records of operational activities for easy reference.
- Support: Provide assistance to the operations team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or currently pursuing the master's degree.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.
