Job Description – Employee Experience
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive employee engagement initiatives with a strong focus on health, fitness, and wellness programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and support the design of programs that enhance culture and drive employee engagement, with a strong focus on health, fitness, and overall wellness.
- Manage end-to-end employee engagement initiatives for Delhivery employees across corporate and field locations, with a special emphasis on wellness and sports programs.
- Drive participation in wellness and sports initiatives through effective communication strategies and employee outreach.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of engagement programs.
- Monitor participation, gather feedback, and continuously improve new and ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain records, track budgets, and provide regular reports on program effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead and manage large-scale engagement events, including sports and wellness activities.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in designing and executing sports, fitness, and wellness programs within an organization.
- Good understanding of employee engagement frameworks with a focus on health & well-being.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating engaging communication creatives, posters, and campaign materials.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
