Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between product, marketing, and user experience. This role requires someone who can understand products deeply, position them effectively in the market, and drive engagement through strategic marketing and social media initiatives.

You will also collaborate closely with design and tech teams to contribute to UI/UX improvements, especially during website and product revamps.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Positioning:

  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and their value proposition.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with product and tech teams to align marketing with product updates and releases.
  • Translate product features into clear, compelling customer benefits.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with product goals and business objectives.
  • Create product-focused content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for cohesive brand communication.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights and data.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms.
  • Create engaging, product-led content to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Monitor trends and leverage them creatively to boost engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.

UI/UX Collaboration

  • Work alongside designers to improve website and product experience.
  • Provide inputs on UI/UX based on user behavior, marketing insights, and industry trends.
  • Assist in website revamping projects to ensure alignment with brand and conversion goals.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and user journey across digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Digital Marketing, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or adtech environment.
  • Strong ability to define product positioning, craft compelling messaging, and translate features into clear customer value.
  • Hands-on experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media.
  • Solid understanding of user journeys, conversion funnels, and basic UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively on product and website improvements.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools, combined with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in adtech, performance marketing, or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Figma, etc.
  • Exposure to website analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
